Pin 1 Dont forget to check the continuity of each of the wires, tester and two pins this can be done by getting a continuity the pins in each of (the sharp kind!) and sticking the holes in the connectors (one on each connector) and testing the continuity from 1 pin through the connector and cable to the other pin.
